Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had with an estate agency. Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had with an estate agency. As a potential buyer it seems Lovetts of Ramsgate isn't interested in selling a property which they are currently managing. Limited to no responses to emails and zero proactivity. Overall customer experience very poor unfortunately.
