avoid at all costs my sister has just left a lovetts property she moved in there a year ago and at first everything seemed fine then the mould was showing through walls (it was not condensation or anything she did always aired places out opening windows etc.) there was no hot water for first 3 months lovetts refused to fix our brother ended up coming down from london to fix they refused to show her the boiler certificate the pipe under sink was cracked badly and was flooding place she asked for it to be fixed they refused when she moved in they said the cooker fridge/ freezer and washing machine all worked well washing machine did not work at all freezer had mould in it and cooker was broken (gas cooker pipe gas pipe broke) sister and her daughter got sick took 3 trips to hospital and 5 weeks for them to send someone to fix that the lady (directors daughter/ niece) was disgustingly rude on the phone even on voicemails she sent i have heard the voice mails and the vial women told my sister to stop being a moaning bitch its not like she can prove lovetts are in the wrong and to shut the fuck up slating lovetts

11 Nov 2019In you comments you say "lettings. Not Managing Agents! If the let of the property to you they fulfilled their duties in finding a Tenant, hat is all they have done and should do. any issues thereafter you take uo with YOUR LANDLORD Can you clarify if your paid for a let find service or a full Managements service from Lovetts. I have used them as a Landlord for over three years now and found them very professional and helpful. Check you Tenancy agreement and get straight onto your Landlord if you are a let only Tenant. not a Managed Tenant by Lovetts. Hope this helps

Absolutely abysmal. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to rent with lovetts. The manager, is extremely rude, unhelpful, and took all the issues we had with our flat as a personal attack. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
