WARNING - I would avoid these organisations, they fail to safely Manage properties have been listed on the HSE website for failure to do repairs. I have never seen or witnessed a company/organisation which is so mismanaged. It has Court Judgements against it and ... Read Full Review

should be genesis states staff have a don't care attitude to the point of rudeness have had to report them to the council for numerous problems we are having. I could spend a while writing the details but I'm too tired of them to even bother do yourself a favor just don't go ... Read Full Review

I am currently a tenant of this agent to which I'm disgusted with there services as my landlord i moved into my property 3 years ago andfor 2 of them I ccouldn'tget Iin touch with them repair work outstanding prior to me moving in was and still isn't complete the property is in a state of disrepair ...
