WARNING - I would avoid these organisations, they fail to safely Manage properties have been listed on the HSE website for failure to do repairs. I have never seen or witnessed a company/organisation which is so mismanaged. It has Court Judgements against it and CCJ's.

should be genesis states staff have a don't care attitude to the point of rudeness have had to report them to the council for numerous problems we are having. I could spend a while writing the details but I'm too tired of them to even bother do yourself a favor just don't go ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
