I am currently a tenant of this agent to which I'm disgusted with there services as my landlord i moved into my property 3 years ago andfor 2 of them I ccouldn'tget Iin touch with them repair work outstanding prior to me moving in was and still isn't complete the property is in a state of disrepair and no matter how hard I try they will not do nothing last year there was a knock on my door someone from there office Iit was stating I'm in rent arrears I was shocked and annoyed this is why after 2 years they finally appear I have all rent paid to them directly and didn't know why arrears occurred on me the property is a 2 bed and they charge me for 3 £550 pcm it is so each month I should pay £46 I refused to pay because state of property and this as resulted into them evicting me now we have bats in loft and when may comes breeding season they come into my home where my 2 young boys live it's a health hazard and they won't do nothing about it kitchen ccupboards hanging off holes in ceiling oven trips electric so got no cooking facilities boiler leaking windows to living room broke one is hanging on by windows lock got missing mecenism for it bedroom ceiling leaks when rains kitchen ceiling falling down and most this should of been done before I moved in the agent Tony king Iis arrogant uses threatening behaviour gets workers to try let them self's in to change locks twice I caught them now and this morning to let sign up on website states it lovely 3 bed pproperty lie it's a 2 and ffar from lovely they need investigating poor tenants like me are also suffering I expect with this firm I wouldn't even mark them out of ten no markings for services me and my family will be homeless now because lack of their commitment to maintain home repairs and they say the spent my deposit of £1200 on rent I owe isn't this a crime aswell
