Very bad experience with East Kilbride branch. Viewed a property to let on the Friday. Put forward my application and I was told I would be kept up to date regarding the progress. Monday comes and I still haven’t heard from anyone so I decided to call for an update. I was told they were chasing this up and someone would call me back regarding this. No one cared to call me back. The following day, I am waiting again for a call that never comes. I then see they have updated the advert to let agreed on this property. I called the branch to enquire about this and I spoke to a lovely lady who was covering for this branch and she has apologised regarding the lack of professionalism. I am thankful for her apology but then again she shouldn’t be picking up the slack for a branch she doesn’t even work in permanently. So for anyone hoping to rent a property with this branch I would reconsider. They are very unprofessional and lack any customer service. They will also waste your time and keep you waiting with no intention of ever calling you back. As soon as they agree a let they disregard any other applicants and you are not even worthy of a 5 minute call to let you know!!

I had an email and a letter from this company to say my gas check was due on a rental property.I contacted them and said I had a British/Scottish gas maintenance contract which covered this but I struggled to get in touch with the tenant and could they please arrange for it to be carried out.Later... Have just recently moved within the past month and a bit into property through Slater Hogg and I'm very happy and pleased with their services.
