I had been trying to view houses for two weeks. I contacted over 23 Estate Agents to enquire about 90 properties. Only 3 agents replied. But of those three I met Gareth Muir. What a kind, patient and professional man he is. He knew the urgency of situation but he went above and beyond to get us our new home. He did what he could to get the landlord to meet our situation. Like, having a cat, and when we thought we would have to give up the property because our current contract states we must give 2 months notice and SHH only hold properties for three weeks Gareth was persuading the landlord into holding the place for us. Our current landlord kindly let us out of our contract early so Gareth rushed through our paperwork knowing it only gave us 1 week to move. He has shown a level of professionalism that you don't expect from Estate Agents these days. I mean 20 agents couldn't even be bothered to reply to me. He changed his schedule to meet the fact we have a two hour drive just to do business with him. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. When I come to buy, I will only deal with SHH. People told me they were good. And they were spot on. They are by far and without a doubt THEE best agency ive ever dealt with in Scotland. And trust me there have been a LOT.

Words cannot express how utterly disgusted and disappointed myself and my husband are with SHH in East Kilbride. I had an email and a letter from this company to say my gas check was due on a rental property.I contacted them and said I had a British/Scottish gas maintenance contract which covered this but I struggled to get in touch with the tenant and could they please arrange for it to be carried out.Later... Have just recently moved within the past month and a bit into property through Slater Hogg and I'm very happy and pleased with their services. Had a few problems with the flat at the beginning which wasn't their fault but where happy to help me solve these problems and give me the correct numbers... Read Full Review
