We were grossly misrepresented by Foxtons agent (since fired) & handed a disgustingly unclean property. We have hugely suffered financially & mentally by the gross incompetence, irresponsible and callousness of the Foxton’s team Paul Phelan(Head of Property Management), Karan Kumar(Manager of Maida Vale branch) & Jack (now fired). Their actions made us homeless and we had to seek alternative housing. - They have given us possession of a property was not cleaned at all, let alone a professional clean - There is mould on the bedroom windows & bathroom - The living room wall has a leak - The carpet on the stairs is not professionally installed and a massive health hazard. It has been stuck down with duck tape - After our initial complaint, the work the work is still incomplete
