Honestly I think these guys think they can go around bullying people. We did a short let with them which they claim was professionally cleaned but there were cobwebs everywhere, some of the lights were not working on leaving Foxtons had the audacity to attribute the damage to us. Unfortunately we did not receive a check in report from them. We also had the place professionally cleaned inside and Foxtons tell we they found watermarks in the bathroom so charging for a clean. In addition they charged us for a check out report which is first time I am hearing tenants are charged for this. Please stay clear of them as they seem to be looking for ways to make money since their profits dropped. I am just so disappointed by it all. There so called 24 hour emergency contacts are not as no one would answer when we had issues with the flat.
