As a prospective tenant I was in contact with Wards in Herne Bay. Maria Byrne was very professional but so helpful, she answered all my questions and gave excellent advice. I live several miles from her office and I don't drive so she arranged for me to collects documents from a local Wards. When I had moved in she made follow up phone calls and also resolved a problem with the flat. Would highly recommend this agency.

I had 2 viewings with this estate agent in Maidstone. I had to travel from London, which took me 1.30 each way, I phoned them letting them know I might be late 10 min.
