As a prospective tenant I was in contact with Wards in Herne Bay. Maria Byrne was very professional but so helpful, she answered all my questions and gave excellent advice. I had 2 viewings with this estate agent in Maidstone. I had to travel from London, which took me 1.30 each way, I phoned them letting them know I might be late 10 min. A Board went up for sale with Wards Strood in Kent . Rang them asked for details , chased 3 days running , said photo’s not done yet. Then it goes up on Rightmove with an OPEN day only.
