really awful service by this estate agents. They make trying to rent a property a more difficult process than necessary. You show interest in a place and they chase you - even on the weekend and then when you've agreed terms they do not get in contact with you. It's unbelievably awful. Communication and customer service is lacking. There are so many other more professional estate agents. I would award them 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
What agent could do to change your mind?

For some reason when I phoned this company to try and arrange a viewing of a property in Portland Crescent, Stanmore (Seller beware!) the male agent (didn't get as far as a name unfortunately) decided to take umbridge at me asking if my phone number would be passed to other companies for marketing. ... Used Anscombes to find a tenant for my property. Found a good tenant but were totally incapable of completing even the simplest administrative procedures. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
