I am selling my house through the people and I have been unhappy from start to finish - I believe I was missed the contract and agreed to sole selling rights as I was given false information then they show inexperience in writing descriptions and I am advising on most things - they are difficult to get hold off and then the last straw was the estate agents I am buying my house from have arranged viewings for no fee to help us sell the house and when I try to tell them about it the manager mark launches in to a tirade of rudeness !!! I am paying 8500 for that!! please stay away from this firm

For some reason when I phoned this company to try and arrange a viewing of a property in Portland Crescent, Stanmore (Seller beware!) the male agent (didn't get as far as a name unfortunately) decided to take umbridge at me asking if my phone number would be passed to other companies for marketing. ... really awful service by this estate agents. They make trying to rent a property a more difficult process than necessary. You show interest in a place and they chase you - even on the weekend and then when you've agreed terms they do not get in contact with you. It's unbelievably awful.... Read Full Review

Used Anscombes to find a tenant for my property. Found a good tenant but were totally incapable of completing even the simplest administrative procedures. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
