Ms Weston also organised various inspections of the property and attended personally to carry out an inspection of the property. She gave us adequate notice of her intention to attend and gave us constructive feedback. Ms Weston dealt with any queries in a professional manner, promptly and efficiently.

Ms Kayleigh Weston was an absolute delight to have as an agent. She gave us adequate notice of her intention to attend and gave us constructive feedback. Ms Weston dealt with any queries in a professional manner, promptly and efficiently.
Ms Weston has a lovely warm manner and is always cheerful which is rather refreshing and puts one at immediately at ease. She goes beyond the call of duty for instance, she was willing to forward mail on to us at our new address, she personally attended the property to retrieve an item of garden furniture left behind by ourselves.
She is an asset to Anscombe and Ringland and I can envisage her going extremely far in her career.
Keep up the good work Kayleigh! And Anscombe.

Kayleigh is a fantastic credit to Anscombe and Ringland. She is prompt, courteous, professional, and kind. She is far and away the most responsive and knowledgeable estate agent with whom I've worked as a tenant in London over the past seven years. I feel acknowledged and respected when working with Kayleigh, and greatly appreciate her diplomatic demeanour when dealing with tricky issues between our landlord and our family. Another thing I value about Kayleigh is that it's clear how seriously she takes her role. She is truly exemplary and I'm so grateful to have her as my go-to person for all things regarding our flat.

Kayleigh is a very helpful mature person. Extremely prepared and organised in what I have asked her to do and what she herself has suggested.
She is very skillful in dealing with my tenant, and has worked out a plan to pay rent that is owed. She has made my life so much simpler, as being so far away is difficult.
She also contacts me when she says she will so I am not left hanging , wondering what is going on with my property.
I would definateley , reccomend her,and consider her an asset to your company.

This summer I was happy to meet Kayleigh Weston of Anscombe and Ringland when she became my new managing letting agent. Kayleigh has a very positive can do attitude and was very thorough in her inspection of the property. She showed great care in assessing what was needed to be done to the property and was very quick and efficient in making these things happen. I feel very happy and comfortable knowing I have someone like Kayleigh managing my property and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone that wanted there property managed.

We have been tenants at the same property for 5 years and the old boiler has always been an issue. Kayleigh was extremely helpful in assisting us with the replacement of the old boiler.
