Ms Kayleigh Weston was an absolute delight to have as an agent. She organised contractors to carry out repairs, when necessary, on the property, she made follow up calls to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Ms Weston also organised various inspections of the property and attended personally to carry out an inspection of the property. She gave us adequate notice of her intention to attend and gave us constructive feedback. Ms Weston dealt with any queries in a professional manner, promptly and efficiently. Ms Weston has a lovely warm manner and is always cheerful which is rather refreshing and puts one at immediately at ease. She goes beyond the call of duty for instance, she was willing to forward mail on to us at our new address, she personally attended the property to retrieve an item of garden furniture left behind by ourselves. She is an asset to Anscombe and Ringland and I can envisage her going extremely far in her career. Keep up the good work Kayleigh! And Anscombe. Kind regards Mrs. Tayo
