DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. The worst service you will ever receive. They rip you off with higher and higher service charges every year and do nothing in return. £12,500 was added extra on top of our service charge for 5 residents to complete gutter roof repairs in a Grade 2 Listed building in West Didsbury. The buildings gutters are in disrepair causing major water ingress damage inside the building. A full repair was meant to be completed this year 2024, they are no saying “The works required fall outside the scope of their management agreement in place at the development, and have not received specific instruction about the level of involvement regarding the proposed work to date. Utter lies, deceit and deception, they agreed repairs in writing in the service charge demand for 2024 and in emails. They want to take your money and do nothing in return. They blame the board of directors of the development but they are also complicit by letting this company get away with such dishonesty. We are heading to the Tribunal courts to fight this. Their service is shocking do not use them as managing agents. You will regret it and your service charges will double within year or two and if your need repairs they will totally fob you off and lie to you in emails.
