DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. The worst service you will ever receive. They rip you off with higher and higher service charges every year and do nothing in return. £12,500 was added extra on top of our service charge for 5 residents to complete gutter roof repairs in a Grade 2 ... Management Company. I wrote to Living City in May 2021 to point out that they have my property at 20% larger than it really is.
