We’ve been living here just under a year and the weeds at the front are thriving. Our service charge is due to be paid next month so it will be interesting to see what our money is being used for.

DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. The worst service you will ever receive. They rip you off with higher and higher service charges every year and do nothing in return. £12,500 was added extra on top of our service charge for 5 residents to complete gutter roof repairs in a Grade 2 ... If I could leave a minus star rating I would. Without a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid like the plague. Management Company. I wrote to Living City in May 2021 to point out that they have my property at 20% larger than it really is.
