I never leave review no matter how awful a service is mainly because I can’t be asked. But these are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. No matter how polite or understanding you are they speak to you like trash and treat you like you are not a human being. They have no respect for anyone that lives their houses, they charge you for thing that is not your fault. I got charge because they failed to send my deposit back. I really don’t understand why I was getting charged for something that has nothing to do with me. Honestly I felt like a piece of shit the way they treated me. When I have been nothing but polite and kind to them. Every email and phone call I spoke to them with respect even though I was doing all the chasing to get my deposit back. Which should never be the case. The house I stayed was on Franklin road. The person in charge is named Guy Wigginton and Simon. Simon was the one I initially spoke to on the phone, he was the one that spoke to me like trash. Honestly worst human ever. Guy is very polite when you are moving in but as soon as the contract is signed you can barely get a hold of him. And when you move out and try and get your money back they treat you like trash. After all the back and forth on emails and phone calls, i was told to come down to the office to pick up my check. i emailed the day before to male sure the check was ready, Guy replied me saying it is ready for me to pick up. i went down from another city the next day to pick it up and it turns out it wasn't ready. I went down to the office to pick up the check after they told me it was ready, He made me travel from another city knowing he needed more than one signature on the cheque. He never even once apologized when he saw me, just told me i would need to come back. I would honestly just avoid these people if you want peace of mind. They don’t care and I honestly don’t blame them. People will always be looking for accommodation especially with the current housing crisis so they know they can easily replace you. This same thing happened when I was trying to get my holding fee back they initially did not want to give that back when i initially moved in. I had to send emails upon emails to get it back. I am just glad all this is all over with because I honestly don’t have the energy. This is my first time renting and yeah I don’t see myself doing that again for along time. I am staying at my parents house till further notice loool. Would have given a zero star but the people i lived with were lovely.
