I know letting agents have a bad reputation in general, but this lot take poor customer service to a whole level. They lack basic work ethic and courtesy. Comments on Agent Fees
We end up doing all the work so not sure what we pay them for. Logging issues, following up, even tracking repairs — it all falls on ye. The property we moved into hadn’t been checked properly, and a lot was broken on day one. They ask us to report everything, but then don’t deal with it properly. Things get marked as “done” even when no one has been out to fix them. We have to keep pushing just to get simple things sorted.

Very unprofessional company, paid a holding deposit and they changed my move in date by a month without asking or warning. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
