If I could I would give them zero stars. If you are a student looking to rent in Bristol, please avoid Digs letting agency at all cost. They mislead me into living in this terrible flat. They have no idea what they are doing. The place is rotting and it is full of mould. There is zero ventilation and humidity is very high. And they left me without hot water and heat at minus three degrees celsius for an entire weekend when the old water boiler broke. A gym moved in below the flat and I have had music banging on the walls every single day from 6 am. A complete nightmare. They advertise the place as having EPC rating D but there is a hole in the floor which is a joke. The EPC rating D is from 2018 btw. Do youself a favour and don't do business with them. They will rip you off. They took advantage of me. Upon move in date the flat was dirty, uncleaned, neglected and there was dumped bin content next to the toilet with used tampons, used diapers, used cotton buds, used toilet paper, used shower products. They treat tenants with below common sense standards.

Awful student property letting company that treats student tenants as cash cows with student finance and guarantors in-place! When we moved into property last year, the house was filthy as if no cleaning had been done for years. We had to spend a week cleaning when we moved in.
