When we moved into property last year, the house was filthy as if no cleaning had been done for years. We had to spend a week cleaning when we moved in. A musty smell permeated throughout the year which meant you could not breathe without windows open. They ripped out our grass and left us with a mud pit for the year despite promising a paved garden. No hoover, microwave, kettle, toaster or bin for a FURNISHED property. No notice given for maintenance men to let themselves in. Overall, the company treated us with no decency as a tenants and I do not know how they sleep at night.

If I could I would give them zero stars. If you are a student looking to rent in Bristol, please avoid Digs letting agency at all cost. They mislead me into living in this terrible flat. Awful student property letting company that treats student tenants as cash cows with student finance and guarantors in-place!
