Awful student property letting company that treats student tenants as cash cows with student finance and guarantors in-place! Massive deposit upfront, slow to respond to any issues when you are living there and when you leave take a massive chunk out if you're deposit without even telling you what for! I know it's supply v demand for student lettings in Bristol, but if you can, avoid at all costs!

If I could I would give them zero stars. If you are a student looking to rent in Bristol, please avoid Digs letting agency at all cost. They mislead me into living in this terrible flat. When we moved into property last year, the house was filthy as if no cleaning had been done for years. We had to spend a week cleaning when we moved in.
