Service levels as a vendor was non existent, never given advice on how to generate new interest ie price reduction? Once the property is under offer they close it to further viewings even though we asked for the viewings to carry on until survey access from the buyer which took approx 8 weeks , not ... What agent could do to change your mind?
More vendor contact with updates, make the vendor feel the agent works in their best interest

Sold as a package to include legals so chose 1 of 3 options Hedley & co and again service levels very poor asked 3 times recently for a return call and have yet to get one
