Honestly writing review is something I don't usually do, but Niall Edwards does deserve a good one. Once we started enquiry about the property, till getting appointment for viewing, it was quiet smooth, Niall Edwards was warm and professional, most importantly for me as I'm not British, he was decent in his tone and manner of talking unlike some. I DO believe that getting this lovely house we now Live in is because Niall Edwards did his job well and with a good heart. He did say we were the first on the list and we got appointment for viewing as he had said, which is not usually the case with some agents, they say one thing and another thing comes up. During the viewing, he was helpful and answered my husband's questions. I wasn't there but my husband was able to do a video call, Niall was patient. And during the process of signing contract and all, it was all smooth, and things were explained. we got the keys too without stress. It is a lovely place. We are happy Niall did his job well helping us get a decent, lovely home where our toddler have space to play.
