The worst place I lived in Epsom place haven't repainted after old tenant. Agents has a poor service. Noise start 5 in the morning caused by delivery trucks. Pub next door that sometimes drunk people throwing bottles and cause so much noise late evening. You couldn't sleep properly. You can hear everything from outside. Not worth the money you spend for rent. If I will rate this place I will not even put 1 star in it. Horrible place to live.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!! Ripping students off because they think they can take advantage. Refused to put our deposits into a protection scheme, refused to give deposits back even though the flat was in the same (below average) condition on arrival, and never replied to emails.
