I rented a house from this real estate. I can say that they provide good service in most cases. However, I was very disappointed with my experience with the hot water system. Before moving into the house, they said there was a central electric heating water system. However, we saw that the water pressure was insufficient. The estate sent a plumbing company called Provincial Plumbing Services Limited. As a solution, repairman Paul and his team installed a water pump that makes 60 decibels of noise in the middle of the house. The system broke down 8 times in 4 years. Even though I asked for a permanent solution every time, they found temporary solutions. We are tired of being left without hot water and having a repairman come to our house every few months. Unfortunately, we did not see a good customer relationship during this process.

The worst place I lived in Epsom place haven't repainted after old tenant. Agents has a poor service. Noise start 5 in the morning caused by delivery trucks. Pub next door that sometimes drunk people throwing bottles and cause so much noise late evening. You couldn't sleep properly. ... Read Full Review

The worst place I lived in Epsom place haven't repainted after old tenant. Agents has a poor service. Noise start 5 in the morning caused by delivery trucks. Pub next door that sometimes drunk people throwing bottles and cause so much noise late evening. You couldn't sleep properly. You can hear everything from outside. Not worth the money you spend for rent. If I will rate this place I will not even put 1 star in it. Horrible place to live.

Refused to put our deposits into a protection scheme, refused to give deposits back even though the flat was in the same (below average) condition on arrival, and never replied to emails. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!! Ripping students off because they think they can take advantage.
Refused to put our deposits into a protection scheme, refused to give deposits back even though the flat was in the same (below average) condition on arrival, and never replied to emails.
To list but a few issues we had in our flat:
- mould throughout the year. We were blamed for this although it was there on arrival, they never did anything to get rid of this
- inset infestations (Huggins said they were in no position to get rid of this)
- unexpected contractors etc. They never told us who or why they were in our flat and gave no notice
Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received. When i finally got an email back from Huggins (J.....) it was rude, usually a few snarky words, and gave no actual response.
