Absolutely right. Do not rent from linley and Simpson when things go wrong they start blaming others. I was told that their other company they're using is to be blamed for their incompetence. I too was emailed by a lady named Kelly booth. All she wants is rent. I've been locked in this flat for 3 months and so have many other disabled people .they gave me a 200 pound discount for 2 months and gave 2choices either shut up or put up. And leave otherwise Where do I go im disabled ,,? They have no empathy they offrrd me a 200 discount again which is a joke. I have to order take aways and food from the shops almost every day and ask someone to bring my stuff up nearly 90 steps everytime I have to pay and then to take my bins Down is over 100 steps into basement I've run out of people to help me. I've asked the agents to help get my bins down and help bring my shopping up as I have no 1 else to ask for help But the rent agent's ignored my requests and they keep asking for rent to live in this prison with invisible bars. im not paying nothing im ready to die I've had enough im being treated worser than a dog even dogs have rights I have no rights thdy keep harassing me so I've decided to give them a present they've ruled over my life long nough so they can have me in a body bag and throw me out thats what they want and thats what they'll get, the greed for money has taken all empathy and respect fway from these greedy people...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
