After 15 days, they ask for a deduction of ￡ 100 for further cleaning of 2 bed rooms and the hob. They do not point out what is wrong, just use general terms. Sparkle cleaning. No one can turn an old flat into a sparkle one. They also point out the hob need cleaning too. I find burnt crease and food remains inside the oven, and little ash covered on food.
