I have tried to resolve issues about a tenancy with Linley & Simpson for 8 months. I vacated their property on 25th February 2023 after going through Domestic Abuse last year (2022) for 8 months. I did what I needed to do, which is give notice and explained why I had to leave. 8 months on they still have refused to remove my name and that of my son from their records and not given me back my deposit. I have been ignored numerous times and still being ignored. My emails go unanswered. They don’t seem to care as long as my name and that of my son appears on their system as responsible for a property I am not living in. If our names were not on the system they would move in 4 weeks to get a name on the system of the person living in the property. I have been trying to move on with my life, but Linley & Simpson couldn’t care less. The stress has even landed me in hospital for 10 days

I honestly can't recommend these guys at all. First off we were delayed even putting the house on the market as the valuer believed the house to be ideal for him to purchase. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
