I found Garry and his team at Curchods, Guildford to be professional, courteous and supportive. Selling a house can be very stressful and it was good to know that there was someone at the other end of the line to guide and advise me throughout.

I had a number of agents value my property. Jonathan, Manager of the Guildford branch valued the house at the average of all other vaulations. What agent could do to change your mind?
they could have at least bothered at all progressed the whole chain as normal! Managed the first time buyer better - well managed him at all Make better notes stick to what was agreed - treat complaints as serious and make the client feel this complaint will be addressed and that the matters complained about will not happen again
