Was happy with the speed in which the house I went for I got accepted at 5 Boston Street Peterlee but was unhappy when told I couldn't move in due to electrical work needing doing then was messed about 3 weeks from been told I could have it before I could eventually move in.

Very unhappy with service received. We made an offer on a house and it was accepted. However, the estate agent failed to tell us it was up for sale with other agents. A higher offer than ours was accepted therefore we lost survey fees and incurred solicitors costs. Total waste of... Read Full Review

Total waste of time and money. The Dowen staff at Peterlee are bad at communication, give very poor customer service and appear to have, or come across as having a don't care attitude towards selling property. Would not recommend or deal with... Read Full Review

They could have put more effort into doing the job they are paid for.
