Net Lettings

I strongly advise against renting from this company as we have had a terrible experience with their service. We have given them the full year's rent upfront; they are extremely slow in completing the work. I am taking care of two autistic children and one person who uses a wheelchair at this property, and the way they have left us is very disappointing (Please refer to the attached photos). Two months prior to Christmas, we faced issues with the cooker, Leaks from the upstairs bathroom, 2 non-functional showers, and this year, no heating. None of these problems (as shown in the pictures) have been resolved. They had put a hold on before we could move in, so they could wire from the fuse box into the next piece of land next to our garden. The other day, they sent out workers to do something on the other land but not our property. I was told to take this down as they are only the letting agent and not the landlord (But they work on behalf of the landlord) on a number of occasions the manager (From Net-Letting) has told us to move out if we are not happy, but they won’t give us any of the money back
