I strongly advise against renting from this company as we have had a terrible experience with their service. We have given them the full year's rent upfront; they are extremely slow in completing the work. I am taking care of two autistic children and one person who uses a wheelchair at this ... Possibly the worst estate agents you can encounter. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I had the misfortune of having to deal with this agency when looking for a prospective flat to rent.
