Possibly the worst estate agents you can encounter. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I had the misfortune of having to deal with this agency when looking for a prospective flat to rent. Their tenancy agreement is written by lawyers to take poeples money, and when challenged on this they are unwilling to accept responsibility. Atrocious telephone and overall communication manner. They seem to think people are mindless and will try and swindle money out of you in any way! I would not give them any stars.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
