This company is a nightmare for my mother. She rented the house with the MICHAEL HANNATH agency, who were super kind and concerned about the condition of the house, etc. She paid them the deposit and after a year the landlord decided to move to this agency and almost everything changed. I had some small problems with them but the biggest one is still unresolved because she has already left that house and we left the house clean and in good condition and so far they have not been able to return the deposit. It's been 2 months since she handed over the key and they still don't know where her deposit is. I already called another old agency and they confirmed that they transferred the deposit to them. I've already contacted them by email and call almost every week and they only know to tell me that they will contact me again when they resolve it. but resolve what? She paid the deposit and she wants it back, it's as simple as that. I'll have to go another way. super disappointed

Absolutely horrible experience. Forced to sign new tenancy agreement and refused to provide references unless one year tenancy is signed. I already told them that I want to move and need reference. Good from selling point of view and we rented off them so only paid an application fee to get the property many years ago.
