We have just sold our home in Fermanagh with CPS Armagh. What a brilliant choice compared to local agents in Fermanagh. CPS are wonderful, professional and don't just want you to lower your price after a few weeks to get the sale through like others. CPS encourage you to post everywhere and really work for the client and put their needs first. They follow up weekly with tou and keep you aware of every stage. We HIGHLY recommend them all.over N.Ireland compared to local agents in areas. Go.outside the usual and.give CPS your home. Because they WILL SELL IT at the best price.

Two of my friends and I were looking for a place to live in Belfast for a year, and we were put in touch with this guy at CPS to help us out. We are three girls from the Republic and were clueless about where we would be welcome and where we wouldn't (I don't mean any offence by this, but as I said we were clueless). Even after we asked him numerous times if we would be safe in a particular place he was showing us in Broadway, he assured us we were just being silly and we would be grand. The place was very obviously not suitable for us; this particular estate had been partially demolished and there were Union Jack flags, painted curbstones and lamp-posts, and there had recently been a number of violent incidents in the area (we found this out by researching later). *** This guy obviously didn't give a crap about our safety or wellbeing, and was just dying to make a bit of money. We felt so insulted that he thought we were idiots, and also so offended that he didn't care what happened to us. Would not recommend him to anyone.

For two years we had a great experience, however this year as we are moving out of a fantastic property we have had to deal with Kyle.
This man seems to think that it is acceptable to give 5 minutes warning for a house viewing and expects us to be okay with this, and more disgustingly we have caught him sneaking into our house for house viewings whenever we have outright told him that the house viewing doesn't suit. He lets himself into our home not only without our permission, but directly against it. Keeping in mind we have never said no to any house viewing whenever we have been given our legal 24 hours notice. I am outright disgusted with this mans approach to existing customers of CPS.
