Two of my friends and I were looking for a place to live in Belfast for a year, and we were put in touch with this guy at CPS to help us out. We are three girls from the Republic and were clueless about where we would be welcome and where we wouldn't (I don't mean any offence by this, but as I said we were clueless). Even after we asked him numerous times if we would be safe in a particular place he was showing us in Broadway, he assured us we were just being silly and we would be grand. The place was very obviously not suitable for us; this particular estate had been partially demolished and there were Union Jack flags, painted curbstones and lamp-posts, and there had recently been a number of violent incidents in the area (we found this out by researching later). *** This guy obviously didn't give a crap about our safety or wellbeing, and was just dying to make a bit of money. We felt so insulted that he thought we were idiots, and also so offended that he didn't care what happened to us. Would not recommend him to anyone.
