Absolutely horrible experience. Forced to sign new tenancy agreement and refused to provide references unless one year tenancy is signed. I already told them that I want to move and need reference. This company is a nightmare for my mother. Good from selling point of view and we rented off them so only paid an application fee to get the property many years ago.
