CHRISTCHURCH BRANCH - AVOID AT ALL COSTS AWFUL SERVICE. I asked for a valuation on my property. This is the second time I have requested this service from Palmer Snell. On this occasion, incorrect time given, but thought I would wait for the appointment… so waited … and waited.. The person never arrived, so called the office 40 minutes later and was told it would be looked into. No call back, then I got a call from the Assistant Branch Manager (Amanda) who was meant to do the valuation. She immediately made me feel as though I was an inconvenience, quoting office procedure and that I should have confirmed the appointment. No apology, or offer to reschedule. At the end she said if you’re not happy you need to speak to Michael the Branch Manager. I thought of this is the way they treat people, would I place my property in their hands?!? Very poor service all round. Please find someone who respects customers
