They are just awful. 8 years as a tenant and never ever again. Frequently failed to turn up for inspections that we waited in for, never reported any issues to our landlord so we usually had to resolve ourselves. When handing in our notice I was assured we were paid up until the 15th, and if we handed our keys in on 16th we would be fully paid up. That was a month ago and still not had our deposit back depite several phone calls and emails. The woman i spoke to was very patronizing when she informed me that despite what her colleague told us we now owe overdue rent as should have been out by the 10th.... which we could have done!! They are disorganized and lie through their teeth. I'm so stressed out by it all. Never rent through this firm.
