Sarah Mains might be great if you are a landlord or selling your property but if you are a renter, avoid Sarah Mains. Told us that our landlord was lovely and attentive and then for the next five years we proceeded to live in a propertly full of rising damp (which their own property inspector also said it was rising damp but that the landlord actively ignored the issue). They will never advocate for you if you need anything fixed and they have actively left repairs that needed doing for years by simply saying they don't "own" the property and will allow the landlord to do whatever they want - even when they send unqualified men to the property or the landlord himself turns up unannounced. It was only when we got the council involved that they actually did their jobs. Theyll take deposit off you for not professionally cleaning decades old blinds. And they'll do the rent up during covid and the cost of living crisis just for good measure. Devoid of any morals for renters.
