We are very impressed with the service and advice provided by Curchod Cobham for selling our home of 25 years. We found Andrew Grant and Tim Abbot of Curchod Prime to be experienced practitioners with good knowledge of the market. They were able to whet the buyers for our esoteric property, bringing only the right type of buyers for viewings. Tim Abbot was always at hand to answer our questions and personally attending most of the property viewings. Tim's negotiation skills closed the deal for us just in time for us to purchase our next property. We would happily recommend them to future sellers and buyers of properties.
