What a fantastic team, we spoke mainly with Ness but also Alison and Sam and found them to be professional, efficient, honest, responsive, effective and friendly agents with exceptional local knowledge. We actually first engaged Rush Witt and Wilson 7 years ago when they found us our very first tenant - he stayed for 7 years, was always polite and helpful, always paid his rent on time and looked after the flat really well. So, when he left, despite being landlords for 7 years, we were not very experienced with the process of finding tenants and we had quite a lot of questions! Ness and the team very patiently responded to all our questions, nothing was ever to much trouble and they got really timely and excellent results all without ever being pushy like some other agents that spoke with. We liked that they offer advanced referencing as standard and also speak with prospective tenants to get a sense of what they are like as people rather than just who they are on paper. All in all, they worked very hard to find us some really lovely new tenants.
