Tried the agent that proclaim to be the "leading" agent, nothing but a nightmare, didn't hear from them, to busy to deal with anything properly. These agents tried to persuade me to sell my property for �25,000 under asking price. I felt pressured into doing this. I switched agents and got �10,000 over asking price within two days!!!
