I have bought and sold property 5 times in the last 20 years and these are the worst estate agents I have ever come across. They advised us our buyers were cash only which is what we requested. Well that was different I was sent to view a property that hadn't even been built yet ??!!! Please don't be fooled when *they comes to visit. They promise they are different and it is all about service which is why I agreed to pay 1 1/2 % commission instead of the 1% commission of property cafe. -But what a mistake!! I have had my flat on the market with Rush Witt and Wilson for over 4 months now and have had about 5 people come to view it.
