Please don't be fooled when *they comes to visit. They promise they are different and it is all about service which is why I agreed to pay 1 1/2 % commission instead of the 1% commission of property cafe. -But what a mistake!! For a start they said if review the pictures before they put them on line to check I was happy - Stuart spent along time telling me how important that was - but they didn't! He then explained that they'd give me feedback About every viewing - they didn't! He then promised to do an updated EPC in the price - he didn't. I called again and again to query - each time someone said they'd call back - no one did! I finally got to speak to Stuart and it was like I was speaking to another person he was rude and arrogant and at one point just laughed down the phone to me when I said I'd like a reduction in the paid commission because the EPC was not done and that had been part of the sold package which bridged some of the difference in the commission prices. It he manner he spoke to me was awful. I could handle it just but it left me shaking but in a town of so many elderly people if hate to think how it would impact them. I trusted him and used them because of the service. I'm not surprised now to see similar reviews.... Stuart kept repeating himself that he felt they done a good perfect job selling the house at the asking price in a short time but I chose them because of the service he promised as well.... I feel betrayed and would warn others to be careful as they change as soon as they think they have your property. I really wish I'd never used them and I would never recommend using them again
