I would strongly advise anyone looking to sell a property to steer clear of William h Brown. My experience with them was a complete disaster, and I regret entrusting them with such an important transaction. Lack of Communication: Throughout the entire process, the estate agent seemed disinterested and unresponsive. Phone calls and emails were rarely answered, and when they did respond, it was often days later. If we had to talk to them we had to turn in their office as nobody would answer. Unreliable and Unorganized: displayed a complete lack of organization , nobody seems to know anything. Numerous attempts were made to contact our assigned property agent, Lucas, without any response. We found out Lucas had left the firm only after I had to visit the WH Brown office ( as nobody answers the phone or replies on the emails) and no one had bothered to inform us or assign a new agent. Our property's valuation was reduced by £10,000 WITHOUT our consent or prior knowledge. And other plenty numerous things they have done to us. After writing a formal complaint that had to go thru the property Ombudsman they finally came back to us , but we ended up the contract them finally. I had to write this review as even though more than a week our house is not on sale anymore with them ,. the “ For sale” sign has not been removed from our property despite multiple calls . As a property owner, I believe I have the right to decide when the "For Sale" sign should be removed. However, William H Brown seems to be indifferent to my needs and wishes, which is unprofessional and disrespectful. I am deeply dissatisfied with their service and will be seeking assistance elsewhere in the future.

We sold our late mothers house in Kettering (2018) and had 3 agents round to view the property. Of the 3 William H Brown gave the impression that they were keen to sell the house and had numerous people looking for this type of property. Avoid at all cost, very incompetent, unprofessional, no communication skills at all. They give false information, they ignore any questions you raise with them and harass you.
