Curchods were friendly and efficient and kept us in the loop through the entire process . However the one area i felt could have been improved was the initial valuation of the property which seemed high i was keen to put it at a lower price but was persuaded too keep it high . Eventually we sold the bungalow for 50 thousand less than the initial asking price. But on the whole it was a positive and stress free sale x

Curchods were really good. They pushed to find me a buyer and found me a high number of viewings. Then they worked really hard to get to exchange of contracts, negotiating hard and keeping me informed. And they were very nice to deal with- and my cat liked them... Read Full Review

I had a worse experience dealing with these guys. They never listen to tenants. During the whole tenancy they tried to put the stuff on me even which was not my responsibility and at the end of the tenancy they deducted the amount from my deposit without notifying me and when I asked for the...
