Instead, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative estate agency when selling your property, there are several reputable agencies in Mold. It is essential for estate agents to fulfill their legal obligation of disclosing any known issues that may impact a buyer's decision regarding a property. Unfortunately, in my personal experience, this company failed to disclose significant information in my case. I was genuinely taken aback by the management's apparent lack of comprehension regarding consumer legislation. As a result, the matter is currently under investigation by the Property Ombudsman.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
